About the author:
J. W. Baker was born in Vienna, Austria in 1953 - He has been painting since he was 4 years old. Over the past five decades he has learned to express his artistic vision in many mediums culminating in a style that is bound to none, yet will invoke however many necessary to tell the story.
The Artist currently resides in North Carolina with his wife Sandi, who is also an accomplished Artist. There they have constructed "WOLF SONG STUDIO" which allows them to combine their talents to create new projects and works that exceed the sum of their individual contributions.
J.W.'s past artistic associations include works for; Walt Disney World, Sacramento Zoo, Sierra Endangered Cat Haven, The CARE Foundation, Tippi Hedren's "Shambala Preserve", University of Florida and many others. He has been featured in and created instructional articles for such art related publications as; "Airbrush Action Magazine", "Airbrush Art + Action Magazine", "Art Scene International" and "Airbrush Technique Magazine". He has also created book covers for published authors, as well as online 'step by step' instructional aides for creating airbrush art.
The Artist is currently working on illustrations for books written by himself.
