About the author:
Judd Allen earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. He is President of the Human Resources Institute, is an editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion and is on the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute. In addition to having held the position of senior research analyst at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Dr. Allen has authored more than 50 books, journal articles and videos on health promotion, wellness, mentoring and the creation of supportive cultural environments.
