About the author:
Judd Allen earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. He is president of the Human Resources Institute, is an editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion and is on the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute. He has held the position of senior research analyst at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and served on the faculties of Cornell University Medical College, Nebraska Methodist College and Johnson State College.
