A Cryptozoological Study of the Shunka Warak'in

Authored by Mystical Mikal

This two-book title provides an introduction into the interesting world of cryptozoology, the study of 'hidden' animals (a.k.a. cryptids). Unfortunately, because these cryptids are not commonly sighted and (generally) no tangible proof of their existence comes to surface, the study of cryptozoology is viewed more as science fiction than that of a true science by some members of the scientific community. This work explains arguments from both sides of the debate and logically attempts to resolve the issue. Subsequently, an in-depth study of the Shunka Warak'in is presented. This unusual cryptid resembles a wolf/hyena hybrid and is known to steal dogs and slaughter livestock. The most recent sighting of this creature occurred in Montana in 2006 and became known as 'The Creature of McCone County.' This work reveals the history, initial findings, and possible origins of the Shunka Warak'in.
