Join Mimi Solaire and two prenatal yoga mamas in a workout the is SAFE, easy to follow ans suitable for all trimesters. Four sessions include:
WARM UP- 14 min. Breathing exercises. Sitting poses open hips, spine, ankles and shoulders.
FLOW- 14 min. Gentle moving for spinal flexibility and opening tight hips
STRENGTHENING- 14 min. Standing poses build strength and stamina, improve balance and circulation.
RELAXATION- 14 min. Stretching, guided breathing and restorative poses to reduce stress and fatigue and connect to your baby.
Mimi Solaire teaches prenatal yoga and is certified by Yoga Alliance (500hr). She has produced two other DVD's -Deep Stretch/ Yin Yoga with Mimi Solaire and Back in Shape.
