Dale E. Graff - Exploring the PSI Process (IRVA 2009)

Mr. Dale Graff calls on his over 40 years of experience in remote viewing and ESP-dreaming to give us insights he has gleaned and show us examples to help us understand not only some of the processes involved, but also some of the ways the ESP signal interacts with human consciousness. He breaks ESP down into two categories: conscious psi and unconscious psi. The former is exploited by remote viewing, the latter by dream-state ESP. He discusses such topics as what constitutes a target to be viewed, the role of memory in helping the viewer improve accuracy between familiar and unfamiliar targets, the differences and similarities between contemporaneous ("present time") targets and targets in the future. He discusses the (non) role of electromagnetism in ESP phenomena, and illustrates it by relating a remote viewing by Hella Hammid in which he, Graff, was deep inside an underground cavern serving as the beacon for the experiment, and the experiment still worked. Along the way, he shows us a number of striking images of successful remote viewing and dream-ESP sessions.

Dale E. Graff, MS Physics, is a life long investigator of psi phenomena specializing in a variety of extrasensory perception (ESP) topics including remote viewing and precognitive dreaming. As Chief of an Advanced Technology group at the Foreign Technology Division (FTD), Wright Patterson Air Force (WPAFB), Dayton, OH, he became the contract manager for remote viewing research at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in 1976. He transferred to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in 1980 and became Director of the Advanced Concepts Office. Between 1976 and 1993, he served in a variety of liaison and management roles for the Star Gate remote viewing program including Director of the program from 1990-1993. Since retiring from the government he has published Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness and River Dreams and has appeared in several A&E and Discovery Channel documentaries.
