About the author:
Bernard Doove was born in Australia in 1957, and has spent much of that time since enjoying imaginative works such as classic fantasy, science-fiction and anthropomorphics (funny animals). Now he tries to contribute his own ideas to those fields through drawing and writing. He has created his own species and a universe in which to put them, opening it up to amateur authors everywhere to contribute.

Life's Dream

The Journal of Pandora & Karl

Authored by Bernard Doove

On post Gene Wars Earth, many anthropomorphic species share the ravaged world with humans. Amongst the species created to help rebuild their world were the foxtaurs - vulpine based centauroids bred to be the caretakers of the unspoiled lands remaining. They were an imperfect species though and evolved traditions and social practices to cope, many differing widely from human ones. Then one day a lonely and hurting man strays into foxtaur territory and crosses paths with an equally lonely foxtaur vixen. Their world would never be the same.
