About the author:
Carlos Quiles, co-founder and Chair of the Indo-European Language Revival Association since its legal incorporation, has been working on the revival of Proto-Indo-European as national language for the European Union since 2005. Born in 1981, he has studied 6 years of Law and Economics at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, one year of Economics at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, one year for the LLB degree at the University of London External Programme, and a summer in the Middlebury College's German Language Program. He is currently a sixth-year medical student at the Universidad de Extremadura, in Spain.
