About the author:
Robert J. Wetherall has enjoyed a varied and challenging career spanning the entire gamut of communication arts via the printed word, television, and radio. His experience includes involvement in advertising and sales promotion, television broadcast production, and commercials. He's written screenplays, radio scripts, and articles for magazines and newspapers, as well as entertaining novels.
Wetherall's early experience included a ten-year stint as a news reporter and writer at the nation's most listened-to CBS broadcasting station. He honed his skills during twenty-three years as a creative supervisor and television producer/writer at one of the top-twenty-five advertising agencies. Thereafter, Wetherall led a large creative team in his role as Executive Creative Director at agencies in the Midwest and as Managing Director of a major design group in Sydney, Australia. His expanded interest in communications led to a storied radio career as the top-rated music host at the leading radio station in Palm Springs, California.
Wetherall's first novel, published in 1989, The Making Of Bernie Trumble, is the bizarre tale of a well-meaning misfit trying to survive in a wild and wacky world run by women. (Events in Bernie are actually coming to pass today, so don't be surprised if this hilarious tale doesn't surface again in the near future!) Forever Andrew, published in January 2010, tells of the trials and tribulations of an eternally youthful man at the ripe old age of three hundred twenty-five years.
Wetherall lives in suburban Shorewood, Minnesota, a lake country village where he indulges in his favorite activities - boating, fishing, working on ancient cars and, of course, writing.
