About the author:
Ma la Mha has been interested in the Talossan language since becoming a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa in 2005. From the time of his first introduction to Talossan, la Mha has used the language as often as possible and has encouraged others to do so. He has been a frequent instigator of and contributor to efforts meant to exercise and expand the use of Talossan.
To help improve his own fluency, la Mha (with help from Sir Cresti Siervicül) wrote the Talossan language libretti for a couple of short comic operetta, and in 2006 became a member of the CÚG (the committee that studies the Talossan language). Using research tools he had created to aid in learning and studying Talossan, la Mha was a central character in the in-depth analysis of Talossan phonology and stress conducted in 2006 and 2007 and that led to the "2007 Arestada" published by the CÚG.
After writing the 2007 Arestada, la Mha turned to the task of creating a new grammar and usage guide for the language, meant for popular consumption. The writing of "A Complete Guide to the Talossan Language" further increased la Mha's knowledge of Talossan, through the conduct of even deeper research into the language and its features than had been done during the discussions and debates that led to the 2007 Arestada. Today, la Mha is widely acknowledged as one of the foremost authorities on the Talossan language.
La Mha lives in Parker, Colorado with his wife and their two children.
