About the author:
Stephen is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and IT professional with a full time job. Stephen specializes on weight management for otherwise healthy adults and sports related explosion and strength training for high impact athletes. Stephen began his journey to better health in the fall of 2007 and decided he wanted to pursue personal training in the spring of 2009. Stephen is currently married and lives in Northeast Massachusetts.
Stephen has a passion for IT and his job and it is his first love (besides his wife), but finds joy in coaching and helping others with their health and weight management. Stephen's fitness activities outside of work include playing men's Baseball where he is a left handed pitcher and a right handed batter, and running "boot camp" style small group fitness Clinics outdoors when the weather is warm enough, road running, and playing football when ever possible. Stephen has recently completed (summer 2011) his Level 1 coach certification from the United States Olympic Weight Lifting team and is qualified to train clients in related activities (clean and press, jerk, all forms of squats and leg related power lifts).

I don't show you how to quickly drop weight. I show you how to identify why you gained all the weight in the first place. And how identifying issues can prevent them from occuring. This book isn't about dropping a few pounds, it's about regaining lost health, and being a strong, confident man again. And heck, women might even gain some good knowledge too. This is the second publishing of this book.
