While I have a psychology I have spent most of my time in the last 25 years in writing scholarly books for the Orthodox Jewish community. I have written Yad Moshe which is the index to the Igros Moshe of Rav Moshe Feinstein. I have written Yad Yisroel the index to the Mishna Berura of the Chofetz Chaim and Daas Torah an encyclopedia of Jewish Theology. I also write a blog Daas Torah which deals with issues that are of concern to the contemporary Orthodox Jews society.

The book contains practical advice as well as a 6 pages summary of the issues that I wrote that was reviewed and commented on by Rav Sternbuch.
