The Way to Spirituality through Martial Arts

Authored by Sifu Freddie Lee

I see many misunderstandings about what Martial Arts really means. Martial Art is greatly open to interpretation. Ultimately it is your personal experiences that will give meaning to each label. For example, the word "art" and the word "love" will mean different things to different people.
As for Martial Arts in particular, I see many misunderstandings and misrepresentations that has damaged the reputation of its real meaning. Therefore, I have decided to create a new phrase in which to express my views on what true Martial Arts is. The phrase is "Spiritual Martial Arts." Through the help of a close friend Ronald Cathey, the phrase was coined to be very significant to the expression of Martial Art I have to offer. This book will help you gain an understanding of this expression.
