Paris Convention Annotated

Authored by Carl Oppedahl

As important as the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property is to patent and trademark applicants around the world, most practitioners have not even read it. This book provides annotations to help the reader understand this treaty thoroughly, as well as a complete index to the Treaty.

Even the most experienced practitioner will learn something new from the detailed discussion of the crucial Article 4, complete with time-lines and examples of its consequences for filers, and from a chapter on docketing of the Paris Convention.
