About the author:
Bill Hansen, C.H., D.Hyp., Ph.D., has been helping people with stress related problems for over 38 years. As a licensed hypnotherapist, he has found that the "presenting problem" of most clients - whether it be smoking, overweight, phobias, fear and worry, depression, insomnia, anger, or compulsive disorders - has stress as an underlying factor. Stress stimulates, aggravates, and complicates most mental, emotional, and physical health conditions.
Hansen has focused on stress as the underlying component of most emotional and behavioral issues throughout his long career. He has a phenomenal 83% long-term success rate in helping people break bad habits and change behavioral patterns.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, Hansen has maintained a private practice since 1973. He is currently working at the Serenity Center in Oviedo, Florida, with other healthcare practitioners.
