His legislative action background includes helping draft cost reduction and pro-environment legislation bringing Republicans and Democrats together.
Mr. Conlan helped found VoiceAmerica.com, today one of the largest and most profitable closely held Internet Broadcasting enterprises. He studied Marketing at the University of Tampa and Political Science at George Mason University.
