About the author:
Susan Stevens was born in Illinois, and was a skeptic for many years, actively making fun of her born-again sister. She received Christ as her Lord and Savior when she was in her late twenties. Since then, she's become an avid student of the Bible, and has spent her life attempting to glorify God.

She and her husband, Pastor Michael Stevens, have been on several summer mission trips to Russia, and have been full-time missionaries in Ecuador since 1999. They planted a church in Quito, which they've left in the capable hands of a national pastor, and have since been in Guayaquil.

Her heart is toward teaching women and she regularly teaches the women's Bible studies in her church. She's taught women's groups large and small around the world. She's a confident, intense, and humorous speaker. She's transparent in her speaking and does not pretend to be a spiritual giant, just a woman who loves Christ and is on a journey to becoming more conformed to His image.

With her bachelor's degree in education and master's degree in Christian education, she's taught age groups from pre-kindergarten through college for over twenty-five years. Susan has also authored a book about teaching reading, which she gives away for free on her blog, Dr. Goodreader as literacy is another of her passions.

She's a proud mom and grandma of 5 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, and 8 grandchildren

A Bible-based path to peace and security in Christ

Authored by Susan Olsen Stevens

Fearless: A Bible-based Path to Peace and Security in Christ confronts an issue common to all of us: Fear. We all have a desire to live fearlessly, not necessarily in the sense of living adventurously through para-sailing and rock climbing, but in the sense of managing our daily lives. Many of us successfully hide our fears-sometimes even from ourselves-but they lurk under the surface ready to pounce like mustachioed movie villains. Fear makes our lives small; we admire the bold, intrepid heroine and want to be like her. This book can help as you study and internalize Scriptures.
