Developing community programs for the clients of Chit Chat Communications became a passion of Morrison's, which is what convinced her to create a program of her own. The outcome, three signature programs: "After The Party, What's The Plan?" Symposium Series, promoting higher education & entrepreneurship; "Celebrating Women of Color...", a women's history month celebration, and "Sisters of Tomorrow" Conference, an all-day conference for girls ages 9-18, focusing on personal & professional development. These programs have now turned into the bases of her nonprofit, "Sisters of Today & Tomorrow".
All through-out the year, Morrison brings together her colleagues in entertainment, sports, communications, fashion and politics, to participate in the programs. "The goal is for each person to recognize their gifts & talents and share them, to uplift others."
