A leader throughout her career, she has been a pioneer in the delivery of career development and management services in a virtual environment since 2001. Debra has been affiliated with a major international career services/outplacement firm since 1994. She is also the founder of the Christian-based career coaching practice "Careers By The Book" which combines Biblical principles with sound business strategies. Debra lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, Mal and Border collie, Chloe.
