About the author:
A prolific writer, Paula F. Winskye has published 11 novels since her first in 2003.
Though she concentrates on her Tony Wagner mystery series, she has also published romances and four titles in the Collins Family Saga series.
She began writing stories about girls and horses at age 12. She is currently rewriting one of these stories as a middle grade novel.
Winskye and her husband John live on a small farm near Sheyenne, North Dakota.
