Harvey is dying of AIDS, which he believes was caused by drug testing in State prison. Mr. Hutchinson is suing Biodyne International. Biodyne can not afford to have it's reputation damaged in open Court. Dr. Kendrick and the community that supports him to be their voice in the Nation's capitol, do not want a blemish on the good doctor's name. As the leader of their crusade against the spread of AIDS and crime in the black community, he is their champion.
