About the author:
Michael has published one novel previous to this - "Where the Road Begins" (a coming of age story of a boy and his friends growing up in South Buffalo, NY), as well as several nonfiction works, including: "Principal Leadership: The Role of Emotional Intelligence..." (a guide for future leaders in education) and "Journaling with Character" (a writing program for elementary, middle and high school students). He has also authored a, soon to be published, collection of poetry.
He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership as well as two Masters degrees. He has been writing poetry, essays, short stories and articles since his early undergraduate college years.
He lives along the beautiful Southeastern North Carolina coast with his family and enjoys going back home to Buffalo, NY to visit with family and friends.
