The Sutra of Reverse Possession

A Novel of Non-Idiomatic Improvisation

Authored by David J Keffer

What do a demon called Earth Traveler Sun, a lost soul known as The Unmothered Son, and the ghost of Charlie Ankleyard all have in common? Poppy Hortie invited them each in turn inside himself in an attempt to determine which of them could provide a path to a perspective that would help him make better sense of the world and his role in it as husband and father. Through the exploration of violence, apathy and non-idiomatic improvisation, Poppy Hortie discovers a recipe for living that could not have been reached without the strength of these spirits imprisoned within him
through the magic of the sutra of reverse possession.
