Poems in times of grief

Authored by Dr Audrey Coatesworth

This book contains 86 poems, in 106 pages, written by retired psychiatrist, Dr Audrey Coatesworth and are meant for reading in times of grief. Grief is something we all must face one day. Dr Coatesworth worked as a psychiatrist for over 35 years and distils her knowledge into her poetry.

This book has been compiled from poems of grief written and published in some of her other books - for children ( Coping with illness and grief), for teenagers (Choice for teenagers) and for adults(Daily Life, From Darkness to Light, A Spiritual Journey and Kaleidoscope BOOK 1 and BOOK 2), plus a few new poems written specially for this book.

Dr Coatesworth writes:
'I was asked which book of my poems would I recommend to a grieving adult. I could not answer as the poems were scattered in the other books. So, I created this collection in the hope that someone, somewhere will find comfort, encouragement and help to progress through their lost, sad, guilty or angry time of grief.
