About the author:
Dave Carter ran for State Senate in 2012 and is running for the State House in 2014. His normal job, when not running for office is Social Media and Business Intelligence mentoring, coaching and development. Although he develops custom Facebook, Twitter and web applications, his fondness is for teaching. He is involved with Mobile Web and Mobile App development for the small business of iDesign Media Solutions.

He's written numerous articles for various publications on the topics of Client-Server technologies, Business Intelligence, Social Media and Mobile technologies.

When he's not busy with technology and politics, he's involved with outdoor adventures including SCUBA, hiking, and skiing while he spends a lot of time with three boys and his wife, Mary.
