About the author:
Heinz Dinter was born into the evil world of fascism two years before the worst of human suffering ignited - World War II; grew up under the clutches of communism; then, as immigrant to the Free World and democracy, raised his family and pursued his career as head of the computer company he founded, driven by dreams of a happy family and the challenges of capitalism. And then he crashed - burned out and not up to dealing with avarice.
On his way back he stood up to the misdeeds of those who give free enterprise a bad name. They set out employing agents who thrive in their self-serving, unprofessional pursuits. With inspirational élan vital they tried to teach him a lesson for publishing their misdeeds - the truth. He withstood and bounced back.
Today he builds on memories and experiences - sharing and enjoying life with real friends.
He was only six when the war's madness took his father at age 36 and left behind a widow with four children (the author, the oldest, had just completed first grade and the youngest was walking now).
The author does not want his twin children Diane and Kenneth, and his six grandchildren Devin, Megan, Alexander, Dustin, Richard and Charles to experience that kind of lifestyle. They deserve better. That's reason enough for this book.
That's why he focuses on crisscrossing the country with his websites, seminars, and speeches reminding those who want to be that there's a role model born every day who can show our youth the formula for success, coping with challenges, and living the grand lifestyle: "If you read and heed, you will succeed." And he lets it be fun.
Dr. Dinter received his B.S. in mathematics cum laude, the M.A. in management, and Ph.D. in business administration and corporate finance from the University of Florida. He's an avid pilot and relaxes by sailing and playing tennis in Miami, Florida.
Truth Will Come To Light
Pierre Heafey and Gino Falsetto - real estate developers & promoters - exposed for their marauding ways seek vengeance and rape justice in efforts to hide the truth
Heinz Dinter, computer technology entrepreneur and author, lent a helping hand to his neighbors, donned the hat of investigative journalist, and reported on the exploitation of the condo dwellers at The Grand multi-use condominium complex along the shores of Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida by two marauding real estate promoters who hail from Canada.
Following multiple lawsuits against Dinter, he prevailed in all instances and all accusations of defamatory writing were adjudicated as false by all judges. That prompted Heafey and Falsetto to offer Dinter peace in the form of two settlement agreements. Dinter accepted.
But peace was not to be. Prompted by the documentation of horrific exploitations at the Bentley Hotel on South Beach, the Québécois real estate tycoons flooded the court with pleas for incarceration and multi-million dollar fines - all laced with despicable lies - which resulted in wrongfully administered justice: Dinter was held in contempt of court.
The author uses this book to bring the truth to light, muster his defense by documenting the motive of the condo marauders, and will not rest until justice has come to life again.
The silent suffering and abuse of condo and condo-hotel unit owners at the hands of unscrupulous developers and successor developers goes predominantly tolerated and unchallenged. It's this truth that made the real estate promoters the grand miscreants, symbols of what evil is as evil does. It is sad to observe that the innocent victims fall for the big lie and raise their shield of privacy with apathy - they simply don't want to get involved and accept the price of being ruthlessly sucked dry by the mistletoe - being offered a kiss while feeding the parasite. It's cheaper, they feel, to suffer from lawless evildoers than to stand up and drive the predators out of their homes or their second homes in a condo hotel.
