About the author:
Lauren “Zehara” Haas grew up with yoga, unaware that other families didn’t have stretching time on the floor or talk about meditation.
After over a decade as a dance instructor — and nearly a decade of teaching yoga — Lauren closed her two studios and took off for a nomadic life as a freelance writer. This is her second book, completed while living in Cusco, Peru.
