At an early age, Anne Seebaldt wanted to be a nurse, writer, singer and actress ... all at once. She has focused her energies into being a successful freelance journalist and editor. What do journalism and poetry have in common?
On the face of it, very little.

True, both forms tend to be relatively short, addressing big ideas in a concise manner.

I cannot separate my poetry from my life as a journalist or vice versa. Open this book and you'll see what I mean.

It's all there: love, joy, frustration that someone you know is being hurt and you cannot stop it. A little more than 30 years of my life, condensed into about 50 pages.
