Clelia is from Naples, Italy where she expressed an interest in cooking from an early age. She helped her mother and grandmother prepare the daily meals and enjoyed experimenting with different flavors-something that would become her signature throughout her career.
After finding great success as a local adult education instructor, Clelia launched her cable program "Clelia's Cucina Italiana" in 1995. It is one of the longest running cooking programs on television. The award-winning cable show has run for twenty years and has made Clelia's a household name in the area.
