Chagall's Cat

Authored by Heather Ann Schmidt
Managing editor Eva Xanthopoulos

"Chagall's Cat" by Heather Ann Schmidt is an awe-inspiring tour de force that produces a conglomeration of beautiful emotions when read. Schmidt's words awaken, but do far more than just that--they re-birth the soul line after line with their undeniably powerful diction. By getting to know the depths of Schmidt's psyche through poesy, we ultimately learn more about ourselves. After all, we are all connected. Three words to sum up this poetry collection: witty, wisdom-filled, and absolutely uplifting.
