Tracy lost over 20 pounds, and healed from many health conditions including an advanced case of fibrocystic breast disease by switching to a plant-based diet. But her health journey traversed many ups and downs while discovering her own 'sweet spot' to eating a produce-rich, plant-based diet that helped her get her desired results.
Now in her 50's, she feels the best she has felt in decades, and continues to see health improvements over time. Her passion is to help others feel their best, and avoid the pitfalls of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle that lead to accelerated aging and physical and mental decline. According to Tracy, "It's never too late to make positive lifestyle changes, and improve your quality of life."
Tracy inspires radiant living by adopting her Make Every Bite 5-Step Plan which includes a simple and affordable produce-rich, plant-based diet that is sustainable for the masses, better for our health, the animals and for preserving our natural resources.
Tracy Minton-Matesz has a Masters Degree, and national certification in Oriental Medicine, specializing in Chinese food therapy and dietetics, and has a certificate in plant-based nutrition through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and recently completed training to be a registered yoga teacher, and certified macrobiotic counselor, with plans to create a health and fitness focused facility with her husband, Don Matesz.
