Fiona Gilligan, MSW, represents a new breed of exciting and talented female entrepreneurs, business leaders, and investors, and inspires girls and women to reach past their comfort zones, let go of doubt and fear, and achieve success in local and global markets.
Gilligan is the founder and former CEO (1994–2007) of The Trauma Management Group, a private trauma care business and industry-leading company in Canada that has dealt with disasters such as the World Trade Center attacks, SARS outbreak, and Dawson College shootings. She is also owner of the commercial real estate firm Arranmore Holdings Inc., and is a much sought-after panelist and public speaker.
Before blazing trails as an entrepreneur and investor, Gilligan obtained a BA in psychology, a master’s in social work, and worked in child welfare and trauma care at a leading trauma hospital.

Kendall McQueen is an American writer and filmmaker living in Canada. For twelve years, she made award winning music videos for recording artists such as James Taylor, Celine Dion, Neil Diamond, as well as commercials, TV projects, documentaries for Vice President Al Gore, Wrangler Jeans, Toyota, Disney, and MCA records. Most recently, Kendall has been involved in the Toronto Film Festival.
