About the author:
Rhonda Domino is a native of Springfield, Massachusetts and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Rhonda is a Real Estate Mogul, Life Coach, Entrepreneur, and Financier. She has been buying and selling real estate since 1996, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. Over the years, she's had the opportunity to work with several investors and helped them to build million plus dollar portfolios. Plus, she also manages hundreds of properties, as well as built, owned, and created dozens of successful businesses, including: restaurants, retail stores, a spa and store in the beauty industry, and construction.
Rhonda has been self-employed her whole career. Her mission is not to "Survive" but to "Thrive." She has learned how to manage her time and her money, which has allowed her to raise her kids without having to worry about reporting to a boss or working the typical "9 to 5 job" and without needing a daycare provider.
Her early journey into the entrepreneur world was through the beauty industry as a teenager and she turned her expertise into a lucrative business for over 14 years. Currently, Rhonda has taken on a new role-author. She is currently in the preliminary stages of authoring a book and mini-series that chronicle her life story as a mom and a mogul.
Understanding the importance of people knowing their life's journey and that behind every successful business person there is a story that needs to be told is important to her. There's good and bad both on these journeys. By sharing her stories, Rhonda hopes to inspire others, especially youth and young adults, that all it boils down to is a business license and the will to get started if you want to turn your dreams into a reality. This is an important lesson to share with kids and one that she hopes to make them comfortable with from a very young age on.
The Business Kids
Our world needs entrepreneurs! They create jobs for themselves and others by using their skills and ideas to create products and services. This collection of stories highlights the journey to entrepreneurship that all children can take. Every business starts with one thing-an idea. That idea is followed through with the use of a business plan. Entrepreneurs also have success and failure both. Accepting these experiences is necessary and knowing that you cannot give up when a failure happens is a must!
Use these stories as a way to inspire young, brilliant minds to become leaders, develop confidence, and learn how to create successful businesses.
