Though Dan Gudema aspired to be a writer as a kid, he was never able to fulfill that journey up till now. Dan has worked as a software developer, corporate manager, entrepreneur and consultant. Dan is a fixture in the tech Start-Up community in South Florida. Dan has worked as an IT and Web manager or consultant for a variety of corporations like Bell Atlantic Mobile, abc distributing and NTT/Verio. In 2001 Dan co-founded and developed as a programmer Pre-Dating Speed Dating, which became the largest speed dating company in the US. It was sold to Cupid.com in 2004. In 2014 Dan became a co-founder of a start-up called Krowde, a new kind of private mobile social network. Dan is also a partner in DSX Labs, a tech incubator in Boca Raton, FL, where he regularly meets with Internet and Mobile Start-Ups. Originally from Parsippany, NJ, Dan moved to South Florida in 1997. Dan attended the University of Maryland for his BA and has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
