Kerry Graff, MD, is the chief medical officer at 4Leaf Global LLC. She earned a degree in biology from Cornell, graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and has practiced medicine for twenty years. Inspired by the Forks Over Knives documentary, she followed a whole food, plant-based diet herself and was amazed by her health improvements. She earned a certificate in plant-based nutrition from eCornell and began using the 4Leaf Program to help her patients transition to a healthier diet.
J. Morris Hicks, author of Healthy Eating, Healthy World and creator of the 4Leaf concept, is passionate about promoting health, hope, and harmony on the planet by helping people eat a natural plant-based diet.
