About the author:
"When I grow up I want to be a writer, and a dancer, and maybe an acrobatic too."

That's what I wrote in my diary at the age of 8 1/2. Between that entry and today I grew up, studied journalism, got married, had four kids, and found my passion in fiction writing, then ballroom and swing dancing. It only took me 30 years to accomplish two out of three of my goals (I has several novels out, but being an acrobatic is on hold indefinitely.) Now I have a new dream: to show you how to reach your writing goals and release the writer in you in less time than I did.

When I'm not writing or teaching, I co-host a podcast on itunes called "Teen Writers Publish" where I give my writing partner a hard time and talk about many of the craft of writing. I love to hear from future best selling novelists so visit me at ginaconroy.com
