About the author:
Crazy in love with Christ, her husband, and her kids, Brigette is also madly in love with books. She has read across genres, but romantic fiction is her baby. Authorship never crossed her mind until in her mom-at-home years. Searching for Christian romantic fiction and falling short back then of finding a satisfying read, she accepted her husband's challenge to write her own.

Pen flew across paper and later fingers across keyboard. In 2012, her first novel, A Man Apart, debuted. God has blessed with inspiration for several more Christian romance novels. Her latest work, A Matter of Truth, is the fifth novel in The Seneca Mountain Romances.

Brigette holds a bachelors degree in Cultural Studies with emphasis in Communication. When not writing (almost never), she enjoys Zumba with her daughter, Miranda, a Zumba instructor. See her books at www.brigettemanie.com and sign up for her newsletter. She loves to interact with readers.

A Matter of Truth

Authored by Brigette Manie

Elizabeth Monroe needs a husband. Available candidate? There's Isaac Jones. God, please not him. But Elizabeth must settle for what she can get. The time for being picky has long passed.

Isaac Jones is no fool. Elizabeth didn't switch overnight from being averse to him to being attracted to him. It's what she wants him to believe, though. He plays along with no intention of playing into her hands.

But Elizabeth has powers of persuasion that he cannot begin to imagine. And a desperate woman is a dangerous woman. He's at the altar before he's aware and married before he can make up his mind.

When what he withheld from her reveals what she hid from him, hell breaks loose in their lives. Now they're both thinking that the single state might be better than all this sorrow.
