The Wild West of the Emerald Isle

For the adventurous at heart, the wanderer, trailblazer, or artist, this is the place to go, see, and experience life. Bring some time and stay a while, you will never regret it - guaranteed. Whether by land or by sea, visiting Wild Atlantic Way along the coastline of the west of Ireland will reconnect you with nature and with your inner self.

The experience of looking out to sea from land, in to shore from the sea, down into the ocean from above, or up to the surface from below, is unparalleled anywhere else in Europe - or anywhere else in the world for that matter. It is a small wonder that Ireland is known as the Land of the Bards and Poets. The west coast is the prime destination for hiking, biking, sailing and all manner of boating or water based activities. It has bred and nurtured poets, writers, musicians, and artists of all types. The power of the Wild Atlantic Ocean, the Majesty of the mountains that come down to the sea, the colours, the moods, they have all spawned and inspired generations of artists and writers of many nationalities. Sports enthusiasts thrive here. The fresh sea air energises their lungs, while the pristine wild coast provides challenges, excitement and above all, beauty.

So join us as we cruise along, see, and above all, experience the Wild Atlantic Way
