About the author:
Dr. Jennifer Nolan holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine's Department of Cognitive Science. After teaching at UC Irvine and Loyola Marymount University, she was co-founder of a stroke and brain injury rehabilitation center, and now consults with clients on dementia, stroke, aging, health, and weight loss.
