About the author:
Joshua L. McElhaney is the associate pastor at First Church Tyler in Tyler, Texas. He has worked under his pastor for eight years in various roles of leadership and was named associate pastor in 2012. Joshua attended Texas Bible College for two years. It was there he met his lovely wife, Karena, who serves as First Church Tyler's music minister. Joshua is the proud father of three wonderful children: Mayli, Jaxson, and Asher.
