Cathy Vogt is a professionally trained chef and culinary translator who is dedicated to teaching people about health-supportive foods.

A certified integrative nutrition coach, eating psychology coach, and breathing normalization specialist, she is also accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, with additional certification from Columbia University, and has studied with the world’s leading health and nutrition experts, including Joshua Rosenthal, David Wolfe, and Dr. Annemarie Colbin.

In 1996, Vogt started A Natural Chef, offering clients personal chef services plus health and nutrition coaching programs; she also currently works as a professional recipe developer for an international cookware company.

Happily married, Vogt is the busy mom of two daughters. In her free time she enjoys hiking in the Hudson Valley, reading cooking and nutrition books, spending time with friends, gardening, and biking around the community.
