As a family, if they weren't preparing food or eating food, they were talking about food; what they were going to eat, when they were going to eat it, and who they were going to prepare and eat it with. Judy Molinaro knows great food!
As a teenager she became interested in exercise and the many modalities of physical and mental fitness. She walked into the gym a novice and walked out a master yoga teacher, nutrition counselor, and certified fitness trainer.
Judy is an articulate and dynamic leader with nearly 4 decades of experience; she has shared her knowledge of health and fitness with countless students on their journey to wellness.
An animal welfare advocate, foster mom to dozens of abandoned pets and lover of all things wild, Judy is a founding member of Concerned Citizens for Animal Welfare, a non-profit corporation dedicated to reducing animal overpopulation. She lives in Ormond Beach, FL with her cats Sissy and LuLu.
