Avery B. Goodman was born and raised in New York but is now a resident of Florida. He is the proud father of two beautiful children, a boy and a girl, and one lazy little cat.

He is also a licensed attorney in several jurisdictions. He holds a bachelor's degree from Emory University concentrated on history and economics, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles Law School.
