About the author:
Rainman, as he is known out on the hiking trails, is a serial entrepreneur, businessman and avid hiker. Each hike - no matter the length or difficulty, gives him time to reflect on life, clear his mind and come up with new business ideas.
Rainman came up with the idea for this - a simple community cookbook - while on his journey along the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail in 2015. He was so enamored by the beauty, serenity and challenge of the hike, he was inspired to create something (this book) that can give back to the same trail he (and so many others) are in love with.

Ever hear of ramen instant noodles mixed with peanut butter? Great source of carbohydrates, sodium and protein - and oh so tasty!
