About the author:
A Latina born and raised in a one block radius in Passaic, NJ, Marisol had an amazing childhood with the neighboring children whom she remains friends with till this day. Then life happens, everyone grows up and go on their merry way. As an adult and in her very little spare time she was able to start a hobby that became a rewarding passion. Working in a fast paced, stressful insurance industry for 20+ years, her release would be the arts. She loves creating, designing, learning a new skill to constantly challenge herself. With the lively imagination from her daughter, niece, and nephews, and their passion for reading it was a very easy process to bring her daughter's madeup childhood stories to life.

The Princess and the Chocolate Castle

Authored by Marisol Rodriguez
Edition: 2

Princess Nayaleena lives in a far away kingdom. Her castle is entirely made of chocolate, surrounded by a chocolate milk moat. The bed she sleeps in is chocolate, and she even has a chocolate doll to play with. She absolutely loves chocolate, and it makes her happy. But the princess becomes sad because she doesn't have anyone to share her chocolate with.

Rather than finding a new character to enjoy her chocolate with, Princess Nayaleena asks readers if they would like to be her friend and have some chocolate. At the end of the story readers are asked to enjoy their own chocolate adventures and to try out the five chocolate-based recipes included in the book. Also available in Spanish, see La Princesa y el Castillo de Chocolate
