About the author:
Thomas Leverett is part of the self-publishing revolution, but not for the usual reasons. He publishes his own books because he's too busy to work with publishers to market his books. He was born in Cleveland, OH in 1954 and lived in Toledo, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo before graduating from high school. At the age of 19 he traveled 48 states and four countries; then, after finishing university, taught ESL for thirty years, mostly in universities in Kansas, Illinois and Texas. He has ten children,
Including three stepchildren and three adopted children, and seven grandchildren, and has started a new career, teaching high school, where his family has moved, to a small town in the high mountains of southern New Mexico. He writes in his free time, and does his own publicity, often sporadic, but keeps producing, and plays music as well. In addition to five collections of short stories (this is the sixth), he has also written a volume of Quaker plays and the e pluribus haiku collections of poetry.
