inDplay and CustomFlix Team Up to Provide DVD Distribution for Filmmakers

Toronto International Film Festival, TORONTO, ONT., CANADA – September 7, 2006 – inDplay.com, an online licensing marketplace for professionally-produced film, TV, and video rights, and CustomFlix Labs, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., (NASDAQ: AMZN) and leader in DVD on Demand services for independent filmmakers, today announced an agreement to offer professional DVD fulfillment services for independent filmmakers.

As part of the agreement, inDplay users will receive special discounts on select CustomFlix DVD services such as DVD authoring, duplication, and inventory-free DVD on Demand services. Additionally, filmmakers can quickly make their films available to a large population of film enthusiasts by listing their DVDs for sale online through CustomFlix's E-Stores, on www.amazon.com, and at www.indplay.com.

"inDplay is enthusiastic about working with CustomFlix to extend our distribution capabilities for independent filmmakers to now include on-demand DVD fulfillment," says Julie Baumgartner, inDplay's Director of Marketing and Business Development. "inDplay is now a one-stop destination for filmmakers searching for distribution ranging from traditional channels such as theatrical, home video/DVD, and TV/Cable, to emerging platforms such as through the Internet, mobile devices, or DVD self-distribution."

According to Dana LoPiccolo-Giles, co-founder and Managing Director of CustomFlix, "CustomFlix and inDplay share a common goal of empowering independent filmmakers. We believe inDplay's service can help solve industry-wide pain points for distributors and content libraries while also helping CustomFlix members connect with distributors interested in their films."
