During the development of any product or service and continuing for 60 days from the date we deliver to you a final work product, if you are dissatisfied with that product or service, contact us and we will work with you to reach a reasonable and satisfactory resolution. If we're unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund the full amount you paid to us for that service.
Additionally, we also guarantee your satisfaction when you place an order for physical copies of your book, CD, or DVD. If you contact us because of manufacturing defects in the product within 60 days of delivery, we will correct those issues. If we're unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund the amount you paid to us for the manufacture of those units and the related cost of shipping. To receive a refund for manufactured product, you must return all defective units to us. CreateSpace will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the defective product in question back to us.
